I have children aged 6 to 8 years old who tend to get bored doing the 'regular' music theory (tracing notes on staff, pasting stickers, colouring the correct key on the piano etc.) And then i run out of ideas to keep them interested, while i'm busy handling another childrens practical lesson. Based on experiences from my older colleagues, children actually enjoy colouring a lot (I only ever taught the 'big children' aka teenagers where I'm currently working at so there are still many things i have yet to learn) but now that i found this gem, i am so thankful! Thank you so much!
