The St. Patrick's Day Music Color by Code activity is an enjoyable and immersive way to learn music theory while also celebrating the festive occasion of St. Patrick's Day. This product includes a variety of color-by-note sheets, all of which utilize standard notation to teach music theory. The color-by-code feature of this product is particularly useful for independent student work and makes it an excellent choice for non-music sub plans. Students will benefit from the musical notes featured in the sheets, as they will improve their rhythm reading skills and become more familiar with music theory concepts. This activity is an exciting and effective way to incorporate music education into the celebration of St. Patrick's Day.

There are 8 designs in this set in 3 different formats (24 pages in total + 8 pages with answers + 8 blank pages to create your own music rhythm worksheets ):

~1 format ~ for younger students – symbols match the symbols in the picture.

~2 format ~ for older students – symbols names are given in the keys.

~3 format ~ Kodaly approach – “rhythm terms” match the symbols in the picture.
